  1. Zen & Mindfulness Meditation: This type of meditation involves sitting in silence and observing one's thoughts without judgment, focusing your attention on the present moment, without judgment or distraction

  2. Mantra & Transcendental Meditation: This type of meditation involves the use of a mantra, a specific word or phrase that is repeated silently in the mind to help quiet the mind and achieve a deep state of relaxation.

  3. Vipassana Meditation: This type of meditation involves observing the sensations in the body and mind with clarity and detachment, with the goal of gaining insight into the nature of reality.

  4. Loving-Kindness (Metta) Meditation: This type of meditation involves generating feelings of love, kindness, and compassion towards oneself and others.

  5. Sound meditation: is the use of sound as a tool to cultivate and support deep relaxation. Ultimately, the purpose is to create a gentle, yet powerful, experience that heals the body, clears the mind, and helps rein your attention to the present.

  6. Yoga Shavasana Yoga Nidra Meditation: This type of meditation involves practicing yoga postures while focusing the mind on the breath and body sensations.

  7. Chakra & Kundalini Meditation: This type of meditation involves focusing on the energy centers in the body, known as chakras, to balance and harmonize the mind and body.

  8. Reiki Meditation: This type of meditation involves following the guidance of a teacher or recording, often with a specific goal in mind such as relaxation, stress reduction, or personal growth.

  9. White Light Meditation: This type of meditation involves the focusing and feeling of a white beam of light coming from outer space to the top of your head and then encompassing your entire being.

  10. Walking Meditation: This type of meditation involves practicing mindfulness while walking, focusing on the sensation of the feet touching the ground and the breath.
