Just sharing a thought while walking around the Kapiolani parki, in Waikiki, Honolulu, Hawaii. Right next to the Pacific Ocean and the beach.
The thought is that there is a saying "your life awaits on the other side of your fears".
It is so true. The world is so big! Look at the Ocean around ( in the video). But we make it so small with our thoughts...or thinking...our fears....
Meditation actually helps us understand our fears... so that we can overcome them!
And ... we have a life much better and happier !!!
