This thought or topic has been expressed in so many different ways by so many different persons from different times and different cultures and different religions and such.

The latest Science and Physics researchers are also coming to similar conclusions.

This is also what the ancient Vedas tell us. 

This is the core concept of Advaita Vedanta. 

This also is related to the concept of Maya as mentioned in Hindu scriptures.

The Universe is constantly changing, it is also experiencing itself through itself or rather this manifestation of itself.    

This physical existence of ours along with all the other living creatures that we know of on our planet is just a minuscule fraction of this manifestation of this mysterious power that we can also call Consciousness or GOD.
