1. Physical disconnect - Time to Disconnect from all gadgets. The electronic field.  Reduce strain on eyes.

2. Mental disconnect - Reduce the distractions caused by today's gadgets and social media. The pings, the texts, the likes, etc etc.

3. Natural distraction - Even if u do not meditate as formally, just sit in one place for 30 minutes and watch nature like trees or birds or people or simply contemplate.
