Some random - Ayurveda class notes from Rishikesh -

Atur - age
Veda - knowledge

Vegas--appetite,thirst,urine,potty.....

Sadachara --Sleep - not north, head east for knowledge , not on tummy , less clothes , sleep solo not with partner. Not in desolate place.
Vajrasana before sleep, sleep with knees bent, sleep on left side, 7-8 hours , 9 pm to bed , wake up 4-6am; during sunrise or sunset do good things !

Morning check active nostril then step on opposite foot,
drink water from copper pot water stored all night


Uttarayan - winter - moon influence
Dakshinayan - summer - sun influence


Vatta ---air-
Does not maintain discipline, Walk more , not good looking, cunning , steals, fidgety , anger, impatient, visible veins, feels more cold, dry skin

Pitta ---fire-
Sweaty, stinks, eats more, yellow urine, clever, king like, quick decisions

Kappa---water-
Good looking, athletic,tolerant , shiny face , helpful, respects systems and religions
